I was very happy with Cold Snap. Both the scheduler who answered the phone, and the technician who came out, were professional and courteous. The technician took the time to educate us on our system. We were 100% satisfied.

They installed our new AC unit last year. Did a great job for the most part. Left some dirty hand prints, but they were extremely nice, and patient with me asking many questions. I can't help myself.However, it stopped working when we turned it on this year. They quickly made an appointment and took care of it in less than a week. Gladly it was just a single wire that broke from the unit. Was fixed within an hour. So less than a weekNot sure if it happens often or was perhaps an over-zealous strip, but nobody's perfect.Overall, everything seems great now. So I can recommend them.
