This was my first Brazilian wax and I was very nervous. Nisa was so professional and made me feel calm and relaxed. She made nice conversation with me and joked around with me and totally got my mind off of my nerves. It wasn't as bad as I expected and I'll definitely be returning. Clean, fast, affordable, and friendly!

Absolutely the best! I've been coming to Nisa for over 3 years...followed her from when she was at Waxing The City. I was beyond excited when she decided to start her own practice! She is friendly, approachable, and provides top notch service! She follows all safety guidelines. I love seeing her every 4-6 weeks for all kinds of waxing needs. I'm a Polished Pearl customer for life! She keeps me beautiful!

I have been a client for at least 2 years. I followed Nisa from Waxing the City to support a young lady trying to start her own business. She's ALWAYS professional. ALWAYS on time. ALWAYS clean. Yes, her studio has moved a couple of times, she's trying to figure out locations that work best for her clients and herself. Missing my waxing during the Covid-19 crisis, but will be back to support Nisa when the world gets the all clear.
