Very easy and affordable, highly recommended. I needed some last minute tables and chairs for a party and I walked into the storefront picked out what I wanted and picked them up two days later and everything was exactly what we needed. Friendly staff!

Used the event space to host my baby shower and it was so perfect! I also rented their tables, linens, and decoration services. Everything was perfect, the team had great communication and really brought my vision to life. I will definitely be hosting future events here.

Super helpful, called morning of the party frantic for 12 cute white umbrellas! They ended up Ubering them to the venue which was SO helpful in time for the bridal shower.
Two things I would have loved: A new client special any % off the purchase as it was a bit pricey. A place to drop off Saturday evening or Sunday instead of keeping until Monday when they were back open as I live in SD not OC so had to have someone else help with return.
Overall 10/10, would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

I have been using OC Party Rentals for over 5 years for many of life’s biggest and most special moments including my wedding, birthdays, and holiday celebrations and they have consistently delivered an outstanding experience every single time.
I have always been pleased with the service, quality, and reliability, but I’ve seen tremendous improvements since the new owners took over. The level of care, communication, and attention to detail has truly elevated the entire experience.
Jacqueline and Chloe provide a true white‑glove customer service experience. They are responsive, thoughtful, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is seamless and stress‑free. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the events they’re helping bring to life.

I rented from this company two years ago and was very happy with the process. I called last week to make an appointment to go in and choose what I need. They are very limited on hours that they are open, but I found something that would work for me. I mentioned to Chloe where we live and when our party was. I spent more that a half hour to get there, only to have Chloe tell me that they don't have any more availability for delivery for Christmas Eve. She only said, "I'm sorry" but had no suggestion for a solution. She asked if we could pick up the products. She should have saved a delivery spot for us when I told her on the phone what we needed. She also could have put our small order on the truck when they are coming to our area. Her customer service attitude was very poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Be careful- I paid the deposit and booked a rental. I happened to call to add to my rental only to find out they didn't have all of my original rental available anymore. They shouldn't take money if they don't have the inventory. I am horrified to think about what if I had shown up the day to pick up and find out at that time

I can not praise enough about this place. I ordered tablecloths on line and was not going to be able to receive them on time. I was able to get the correct size and colors I needed as soon as I walked in. They were thicker and more vibrate than what I finally got from Amazon.
