Terrible service. I saw this gentleman walk into a smog shop and completely lose his control and act like a little child. The gentleman at the smog shop attempted to explain to him why he couldn't do his car, but he wouldn't allow him any personal space. He kept being intrusive. He kept bothering him. He kept being uncooperative

If I could give OC Family Maids 6 STARS -- I WOULD!!! They have been cleaning my apartments for me over 10 years! Excellent cleaning service - Susan

The owner came to give me an estimate for house cleaning and carpeted stairs to be cleaned. A week later, I called to hire him for his services. He quoted me for cleaning an empty house I was selling and carpet cleaning the stairs for an extra $60. But when the time came to do the service, he said he never gave me that price. I had a witness who heard him say $60 just a little extra for stairs. He said it was $269. He obviously forgot what he was offered a week before. He started raising his voice and telling me that he never gave me that price. But I specifically remembered because it was a good deal, that's why I wanted to use his service. Then he tells me that I will never find a good deal on the services I requested and proceeds to hang up on me. Very unprofessional! When I met him he was super nice, but he was bragging about all the homes that he owns and started showing me pics of his rental properties. He was basically bragging. I will never call or ever use their service. Always get a handwritten quote.
