She very skilled at cutting coarse, thick hair and creating beautiful layers that look marvelous even when my hair dries naturally. So thanks to her cuts, it’s incredibly low maintenance. After trying many others in the Lake Forest/Rsm/Foothill Ranch area, I finally found a stylist who is in the same class as my Vidal Sassoon-trained Beverly Hills stylist before. (it turns out, Michelle trained at Vidal Sassoon too!!)

I now treat myself to biweekly blowouts, and she has a marvelous membership program. Her prices are very reasonable. I have done Brazilian blowouts with Michelle, keratin treatments, gloss and shine, cuts, blowouts…and it always leaves me feeling like a million bucks.

She is also very accommodating with my schedule, and very responsive to texts. Her chairside manner is just right: Engaging, but not overly talkative. She reads people well, and keeps up with current trends which is important to me.“
