Done Rite Stone Tile and Carpet Care

I had a great experience with Jesse from Done Rite Stone, Tile, & Carpet Care! He has many five-star reviews and I can see why. He communicated with me very well and was punctual and professional, as well as very personable. I asked a lot of questions and he pleasantly answered them with great explanation. The products he uses and his knowledge in general about carpets, tile, etc. is impressive. His pricing is more than fair, and he takes pride in doing a great job. I'm very pleased with the excellent job he did on my carpet, and will highly recommend him to others. I'll be sure to call on him again for future carpet/tile cleaning.

Thrilled with the results. I'm pretty hesitant to get someone to do my tile and carpet, I usually try to do it myself, but I figured I'd give it a try. Jesse did a fabulous job on my lumpy tile, carpets, stairs and hallway. I had originally thought to rent a machine, but frankly, the cost of that, with my time and effort for an inferior job wasn't too far off of just hiring Jesse to do it properly, with the right equipment. Definitely going to be my go to in the future.

In fact, Jesse took the time to fix an area that had some broken tiles where he popped out the old tiles, reset new ones, and grouted them in! Jesse at Done Rite did it right! I just moved into a new home but the floors were not clean. I wish I’d taken a “before” picture. So grateful that Jesse fit me in the day before the movers were bringing in the furniture. He cleaned the carpet as well as steam cleaned the tile and sealed it all in the same appointment! He worked hard, kept up a friendly banter, and did a fabulous job!! Reasonably priced as well!! I have an off-white couch that had a couple stains. Now, the stains are completely gone and the whole couch just brightened up!! Jesse did an extremely good job cleaning my couch. I will definitely call him for the next cleaning.
