Just bought a Pentax check valve from Mountain View pool and paid $105 The same piece on Amazon is $30 What a rip off. Will never do business with them again!!!

Best pool supply in town! They are always willing to help with pool issues and give great advice. The staff is always friendly no matter how busy they are.

Very poor service. Schedule a service call between 9 and 1. They never showed. I called back for an ETA and was told by a nice lady that it would be 45 minutes. Never showed. I called to reschedule and they said they would see what they could do. I took the day off for the repair. Follow up needs to improve with their Customers Service. Sad for a small business.

What an exceptional experience!!! I’ve been looking to remodel my pool for 2 years and got a bid from several contractors. For some reason these people show up, look at the house and the neighborhood and assume they can charge a million dollars for something that was 1/3 of the price a few years ago go. Jennifer, the owner and Marco made the process very easy. They were very patient with me as I had many questions and wanted to know the details before they started the work and their price was very reasonable.

I bought a pool pump from them and paid for installation because some plumbing needed to be re-routed. I d planning on paying more than average installation charge but installer wouldn't estimate because he hadn't scheduled time for that. Ok, please come back and estimate, or at least show me how to set schedule when power was restored to pool equip. I called and they wouldn't set appointment unless I had plumbing work completed. Wouldn't even call me back although they promised to 4 different times. Be ready, once they are paid you disappear. Elderly Female living alone with green pool.

We have gone here many times over the years, including contracting to have our in-ground spa upgraded and have always been quite satisfied. This review is specific to Lilly. Through a miscommunication with a different employee, I would up with a problem that needed attention. Lilly took it on like it was hers and texted information to keep me posted on her progress. She was tenacious and helpful as if it was her company! Problem solved and one more reason for me to brag about the exceptional service at Mountain View Inland Pools. Thanks again, Lilly. You are amazing!
