Ms. Steen is very friendly and the environment is very comfortable. Each client gets individual attention to their needs. No double booking. I needed my hair done for a wedding but hadn't been to a beauty salon in over 3 years. Ms. Steen did a wonderful job, my hair is soft and manageable. The updo style was beautiful. Will definitely be booking another appointment.
This is the best hair salon I've ever been to! I came there with short tight an curly matted and nappy hair, and I left with looser more manageable straight hair. My curls are still there but they're more loose and I love them! Ms.Steen did a protein treatment on my hair which caused my hair to be more soft, manageable, and my curls to fall. Her work also last a very long time! All I had to do was wrap my hair at night and comb it out in the morning. I didn't have to put any heat. Also before I went I had to use a hot comb, and after I left I did not. I can just use a flat iron. Very friendly and comfortable environment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
