David Teckam did my semi-annual HVAC maintenance today and did a great job, which is what I've come to expect from all of the Sierra Pacific techs who have services both our HVAC and PV panels. Beyond the service, David also took the extra steps, like adding labels to units and breakers to make it easier for me and future techs to maintain the systems. He also showed me features on my smart thermostats that could be useful that I hadn't know about.
Jehmon provided a thorough review of the 2 HVAC systems in our house, reviewed the outcome of the 2 systems maintenance checks & made recommendations for additional improvements to the systems. I’m awaiting a call back to explore the need & estimate for a whole home electrical surge protection.
