Scott Harold our sales person did an outstanding job. Sean the project manager did as well. Joesph and Timothy the installers were very professional and effeciant an oitstandding job. the support staff were excellent as well. we are very pleased with the quality and value of our new windows and door. excellent in every regaurd, would highly recomend.
We love our new windows. The estimator came out and had some samples with him and we felt very comfortable with the estimate, he explained everything in great detail and swayed us away from spending money on some things that other companies tried to upsell. Bill Hughes came out and measured and our installers Clint and Chris were a pleasure to have in our home, they were clean and very efficient. The complete experience was fantastic and we highly recommend this company.
I had some of my windows replaced today and I want to say that Joseph and Tim were awesome! They worked very efficiently so the install took less time than I expected. They were very professional and they cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend Northwest Exteriors and their crew! My windows look amazing and I can’t wait to get the rest of my windows replaced. Thank you! My favorite is the obscured glass called “Rain” it totally changed the look in my bathroom.
