I ordered an adjustable front track bar for my 23 Gladiator for a leveling kit I’m fixing to install, the whole Metalcloak website is very helpful, understanding, a slough a knowledge about all of their products and exceptional detailed videos on all of there products and install tutorials. What made me appreciate these fine group of individuals even more than everything being made here in the USA is the day I placed my order they contacted me to confirm my order, part numbers and vehicle application as well as general conversation amongst enthusiasts. Metalcloak customer experience tops them all!! Just got off the Rubicon yesterday. While in the staging lot, I ran into Scott and had a great talk with him. Later that day while looking over the damage, it was evident I needed a new steering system before driving back to Louisiana. We ran up to Metalcloak the following morning, and John hooked us up without hesitation! Extremely prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service! I can't say enough good things about these guys. They are first class!! Every time I have ordered from them, they have overdelivered on the customer experience!
