I’ve hired contractors for several major remodels in the Orange County area, and finding a competent SD contractor for help with our hilltop cabin in Julian, CA proved to be nearly impossible. Luckily, I stumbled upon Jose Rivas and his crew who installed all new siding, insulation, replaced all of our windows/ doors, painted and installed all new electrical and did so as a consummate professional. I absolutely recommend Rivas Construction for all of your contractor needs. Great communication, fair pricing and impeccable work, which is sorely lacking in much of the industry. Jose and Rivas Construction completed two projects for us, an entire condo remodel and an emergency bathroom repair and upgrade. Jose guided me through the entire process in my first ever remodeling project. It wasn’t an easy job dealing with the complexities of the mid-rise condo, COVID-19 constraints, etc. Jose and his team really know their trades. Rivas Construction was a great company to work with. They were always professional and on time. We had a kitchen, dining, and living room remodel. Kept us appraised of all the stages of our remodel and even when I made changes they handled it with professionalism and grace.
