Sandra and Tony were such a pleasure to do business with. Very fairly priced. My stone, limestone and travertine in bathroom, and travertine floor in kitchen. ( Not my best choices) As you'd expect, there was staining. When Tony initially walked, he was honest. He wasn't sure if he would be able to get all the stains out. He was honest, and for an estimator, it was so refreshing. I understood he would do his best. He was right. The stains did not come out but were significantly lightened. Sandra was very friendly and helpful setting up appointments for estimates and tile cleaning. She called and emailed all important information. Tony explained what the work entailed and gave us options for the outcome of our Saltillo pavers. He did and excellent job of cleaning and sealing our pavers. They look great now!
