I took my 7 yr old Chihuahua Winnie in this week to address a small throat issue. Winnie is a rescue angel and is very nervous. All the wonderful Vets and assistants have been a very calming experience for her and this visit was no exception. Winnie was handled gently and I was given an explanation and a plan. I was commended on Winnie’s teeth and I was not suggested into having her teeth cleaned or that x-rays should definitely be recommended for this visit. This is a refreshing change from other Vet offices that push expensive treatments/procedures that in many cases are not warranted.

Appointment on 10/23/24 went extremely well... My cat, Pancho, 15 years old, had his senior wellness exam and senior panel done including bloodwork, urine check and all went well.. office and staff were very professional. It being my very first time there, all went well.
The vet that saw my cat, Catherine Textor, was extremely kind, professional, and thorough.. all of my questions were answered... all in all a very pleasant experience...
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...A+

In June, Brianna Campbell euthanized my beloved dog. She was aloof and all business about the process and lacked compassion. I don't recommend this vet to put your pet to sleep. It was a heartbreaking decision and horrible experience for me. I expected better care and more compassion from this vet but that was apparently missing.

What a disappointment. Prices are getting outrageous. Anal gland express for 42.00 and exam for 81.00 and they look at teeth and spine! And the staff are just not friendly. What a terrible experience I will not be returning Sorry Midland you have to step it up and care if your going to charge outrageous prices Care for your clients as well as your pets!

We have been clients with Midland Vet for over 19 years. They have an incredible staff of doctors and vet techs. We needed our cat seen immediately after being seen the day before at an ER hospital the day before. Midland was able to squeeze our cat in at the end of the day. They alleviated our worries and gave great care. We highly recommend Midland Animal

i thought i had the wrong number with how they answered my call.. not friendly or caring on phone at all two days in a row now. haven't been there but definitely not taking my 15 yr old with serious complications.

I've been going to Midland for over 20 years. How surprising to be told that my dogs pain medication which was supposed to have been reordered (1 year supply) after blood tests inn September, were not refilled for the following year. When I discovered this, attempting to refill with only four pills remaining, the pharmacy told me they hadn't renewed. I emailed two days in a row, receiving no response, then called third day (1 left). I was told that the prescription would not be refilled until I brought my dog in for an exam. I offered to set up an appt. at a convenient time, and was told it was end of day, that day, or no prescription would be refilled until I brought her in. "I don't know why we didn't do an exam in Sept. when she had her blood test," followed by, "Sorry, it's just company policy." What a racket, and my dog not cared for. How about offering to fill to cover days prior to scheduled appt? This upset me enough to begin the search for a new vet.

We've been coming to this clinic for the past 7 years and have consistently been very happy with the service and level of care every doctor has provided. They are attentive, they listen, and they actually follow up with check in calls where appropriate. I've called multiple times over the years to the front staff to ask questions and advice and every person has taken the time to look up my account and pet's history and take the time to talk through the problem and give an informed answer, or if they need further help, have a doctor call me back. Most importantly though, I TRUST them. I think they are fair with pricing and would never overcharge or do any unnecessary services. A+ in my book, so glad we found them.
