The guy receptionist is very unprofessional and puts patient’s information is at risk. He gave out information while looking at a different patient’s chart even if I gave my name and date of birth multiple times. He even made it sound like I’m being stupid, then eventually finding out that he was looking at another patient’s chart.

Staff are not friendly and looks like does not want to help genuinely. Given that this is a healthcare facility, staff should be atleast accommodating and nice to patients but unfortunately they are not.

Horrible service by the office management. My mom had to take a blood text that they told us to go to in the morning. They never fax anything to the lab Diagnostics and made us wait around for no reason for over a hour. I had to take work off just for this and now I am late!!! This is the 2nd time they have done this. Extremely unprofessional for sending a women to a lab have her fast then keep her waiting for over a hour while they take there lunch break. Please get this office management together people should not go through this!!!!
