A place where you can go at your own pace while still challenging yourself. No one is pushing you but you and the group of women working out with you are amazing. My glass is full when I go to the classes and my body is thankful for relief in my lower back which has made me almost resort to surgery. They integrate Pilates and barre with PT work and so even with my herniated disk I can keep up, they provide tons of modifications to make it light or heavy. The instructors walk around and will correct you and give really good instructions to follow, they care. Best place I’ve found to work out group wise in San Diego

FWRD+ is a challenging place to workout and although I’m new I can feel the sense of family / community. There are a variety of classes so it’s always interesting and fresh. So grateful to be connected here!

I love Fwrd! Such an inspiring and motivating community. I love the variety of classes and teachers. Everyone is so welcome and I look forward to each class! The Fresh Creations fridge is a major bonus!
