Guy came to my Apt in Moreno valley has a big attitude. When I apologize for my daughter waking her son up. He just ignores me and turns back. There's no set time they just come at any time in-between 8 and 4. Plus there stuff never works. People have lives your attitude doesn't help ??
We signed a quarterly service contract with this company for spraying around the house. They showed the first time and did the job. After that they disappeared for 5 months, and started to charge us bimonthly without any proof of service (customer signature, and someone to open gate for them). It is a shame that our property management company approved the charge first time and kept paying them for 5 additional charges until the residents figured out what happened. We got refund for 2 out of 5 non-existing services. I would stay away from this company.Services: Spider extermination
They set a trap at Will Rogers Elementary School in Lynwood, CA and failed to come check it. The poor opossum starved to death. It died with its mouth trying to chew out of the trap. They don't relocate the animals so this poor guy was going to die regardless, however it didn't have suffer for days. Please, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
