The staff is great, caring, clear and helpful. The veterinarians are thorough but practical. I felt well informed and not pushed into doing unnecessary tests Or procedures. Highly recommend!

My first time going to this office and it was fast to get an appointment. Dr. Jung was incredibly kind and caring took her time with our pet and explaining and making useful suggestions for better care. Loved her!! Highly recommended

Friendly and efficient with communication and reminders. It's always nervous time when your pet gets anesthesia for a procedure but I was very confident in the doctor and staff. Thank you All Pets!

Dr. Janine Jung and the staff here are wonderful. We brought our old, beloved parakeet on short notice. She was eggbound, which is a life threatening condition. Further, she had other complications such as her cloaca being prolapsed, the egg in the wrong position, etc. Dr. Jung was honest and said she hadn’t encountered this before but she didn’t do the safe and conservative thing and turn us away, given that it was a Saturday afternoon and we would be very unlikely to find another doctor that could help us in time(which is true as I had called seven places). Thus, Dr. Jung took on the challenge, which showed professional courage and prioritizing the animal’s well-being, which has not been our experience with all vets. She was able to successfully get the egg out. We are certain that our bird would not be alive right now were it not for Dr. Jung. Her courage, patience, skill, kindness, dedication, are so impressive and so deeply appreciated. Further, I have never experienced such prompt, thorough, and communicative follow up via text message from any doctor or veterinarian in my life. The same applies to her superb assistant who was just as professional and kind and patient. They are both heroes and we are so grateful they were able to save the life of our beloved feathered family member. Professionals like this make the world a gentler, safer, and better place.

I’ve been taking my two dogs her for less than a year but they have been fantastic they are always super friendly and helpful. My dog Buddy has a back injury and they are always super careful with him. I get their nails trimmed here due to his back issues and Melissa is fantastic with both my baby dogs!!! Everyone is fantastic!

Took my bunny here and was very happy with the quick apointment i was able to get and the service was amazing. Very friendly staff, they took the time to discuss options, plans and pricing with me. I will definitly be taking my bunny back for care.
