The dentists are not truly hard working people. They prefer to do a half service and then ask to schedule other appointments where I had to come here several times even for a basic service and cleaning. Go somewhere else who respect & value your time, and service that you truly deserve. One star for a common friendly administrative staff.
Found out way later that I had to pay $500 something dollars. They told me I was out of network and basically had to pay for all the cleanings and stuff I got done. So you couldn't have told me this when I asked insurance questions when I first called to make a new patient appointment? They offered to do a payment plan, but damn it's so frustrating when clinics do this, it feels scammy. Also one time they didn't even do the full teeth cleaning procedures and felt really rushed.
I usually don't look forward to my dentist visits. So I was surprised at feeling irritated when my late March appointment got postponed due to COVID. And annoyed when it was rescheduled not a month or two later, but over 6 months later while they figured things out. Well, I'm happy to report that they aced the figuring things out part - my appointment earlier this week was flawless. The practice sent a text reminder the day before with a clear check-in protocol, all staff wore proper masks, plexiglass safety shields were installed in the right places, and social distancing was enforced.
