Richard and Manny restored our deck last spring and did an amazing job. I had thought that a simple water blast and re stain would be sufficient but Richard took the time to walk me through why that was money wasted and I am so glad he did. It was well worth paying double to get the job done properly with a complete sand and refinish. The amount of extra labor and time was money very well spend. We are coming up to spring and the deck still looks like its just been done. Decks by Fine Line will be maintaining our decks.

Manny and Carlos did outstanding and thorough work on sanding and re-staining our deck and repainting the steel railings. This was the second time that Fine Line Reservations has stained our deck, the previous time several years ago. It's all set now for a few more years.
