Go somewhere else. The wait was over 2 hours and they cancelled on their own. This is definitely not an emergency lock out service.
Called. They said they could help. Finally called said they couldn’t do the work and immediately hung up. Bad form
So unprofessional and unreliable. Don't bother contacting them. I had an 8AM appointment which they decided not to show up or contact me until 10:30.
