I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this grooming salon and will not be returning. I brought my dog in expecting professional care and basic organization, and instead experienced poor communication, extremely long delays, and rude customer service.
I had a 3 PM appointment for a bath. The shop closed at 5 PM, yet at 6 PM they were still working on my dog. I was told the delay was because it “takes a while to dry his hair,” however he never even received the haircut that was part of the service. I ultimately had to leave with the grooming unfinished.
Despite this, I was charged the full price, and when I questioned the situation, the staff was dismissive and rude rather than apologetic or willing to resolve the issue. My dog also came back visibly stressed, and the entire experience felt rushed and disorganized

Fast wait for nail trim and only $10. My senior yorkie was anxious the whole time as expected but I could tell the groomers are professional and they are passionate in what they do. I will be back.

I found them through google and Yelp and I called them concerned for my pup since she’s older! They listened and made sure that they would try their best and work on her and with her. I picked her up and they assured me that she did so good.they even got to trim her nails which no one has been able or wanting to do! I will definitely be bringing her back, they also cleaned her ears and teeth and gave her the cutest Christmas bandana <3 thank you!

I recently brought my puppy to Woof Woof Spa, and the service was fantastic! Rosa and the staff were kind, professional, and did an amazing job with my pup’s grooming. The care and attention they provided went above and beyond, and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend! 🐩

Left both my girls beautiful and smelling so clean! She was very polite and pricing was great ($80 for both flea baths and nail trimming). Definitely worth checking out and I’ll be going again <3
