My experience with Dr. Bahram Yashar was poor. He was not friendly and laughed at some of my concerns. That was inappropriate and insensitive. Upper management should provide him some additional training to improve his people skills. He should be working at Wal-Mart not AltaMed.

The service they provided me here is very bad, La Verda are always canceling appointments or giving appointments on the phone when you feel bad and in poor health, they don't want to attend.8/25/23Today my appointment is 8:45 am on my paper it indicates that and when one arrives at the clinic it turns out that it is another time I have more than an hour waiting and on Monday 8/21/23 I waited all day so they could look at me and They didn't want to look at me. And I was in poor health. Please improve the service for people. I've been coming here since 2007 lobby and medical staff have been great,but lately the lobby staff has gone down hill need more practice ,my daughter had an appointment at 4 40 and the lady forgot to register her paper work so she could be called in 30 minutes later she told me doc wasn't going to be able to see her told me I could make another appointment or wait longer for a doctor that wasn't a pediatrician to see her ..what a headache,please get well trained staff..
