My father passed away in September and my mother hasn't received any death benefits. They keep telling her they are processing it and it will show up soon. Nothing. Nada. How can they treat seniors this way? I think they are waiting for her to pass away so they don't have to pay her. Sad. Do not ever use Prudential Insurance Companies for any of your insurance needs.

If you call, try not to speak with Ronald or Reynaldo, or whatever his name is, ZERO customer service skills. Just tried to ask some questions regarding my dad's pension, since he passed, and had ZERO sympathy in any way. I know he's not paid to care but at least show some common decency, especially knowing one of their members has passed. Is human kindness so difficult? My review is strictly towards this one guy, not the company itself.
