Are you ready to feel like a cooked chicken straight out of the microwave? JK, but not really. So what is this, you ask? It's a body wrap infrared sauna session. You get wrapped in a twin bed sized weighted blanket that heats up to what it feels like 100 degrees. It lasts about an hour. Yes, you lay there with a heat wrap, sweating for an hour. You will suffer a bit, I mean, it's HOT. But trust me, your body will feel so much better ridding itself of all the toxins and you will sleep better that night. The young lady that greeted us was super friendly and very informative. Since it was my first time there she took the time to explain what to expect during the experience.Dedicated TV's for every station with almost every major TV streaming services available to enjoy while you sweat away your troubles. Headsets are provided to enjoy audio without disturbing those who wish to nap or meditateLighting and décor make the space feel very warm, serene and inviting.Once you are done you have the option to stay in a relaxation room to enjoy complimentary tea and tangerines.

My first visit here and I will be back. The front desk person was friendly and informative about what my experience would be like. Everything was super clean and they really made sure that I was comfortable. Love the coo lavender towels that they provided. All in all a wonderfully relaxing experience.
