I came in with my mom and nephew. 2 ladies working, one of them took my mom to provide the service, the other lady was servicing a gentleman and once done cutting their hair she cleaned her area and left inside. Knowing people were waiting for service. I then asked if she was available, and the only lady cutting my moms hair said yes,however, she never came out from the break room after 30 minutes! LOL. What a joke? Such Bad service! Never again!Service: Haircut

My haircut was fine but I went to get my roots done and they fried my hair. The lady that did my hair brushed it in with the bleach and didn't section it properly. Most of my top layer was snapped and my hair still is ruined. At the end they tried to get me to pay for the product that they used to try to fix it. They didn't want to admit that they messed up. They tried to justify it by saying that hair grows back. My scalp was so irritated by the time they gave up on fixing it.
