The owner, Todd made sure all the problems relating to my roof were addressed. His pricing beat all competitors. The workmanship was professional and courteous. I was sent before and after photos. I have been using Reliable for years. I used another company in the past whose quote was crazy and the quality of the work was poor. Then I began using Reliable Roof for all my needs. Todd is an honest and responsible business owner. He responds quickly even though he is inundated with calls because they are so popular. There is a reason he is so busy. They are GREAT! I recently had a leak which appeared to require a major roof repair. On further examination, Todd and his crew were able to literally patch it up and save me thousands of dollars on a repair. Todd was fantastic at pointing me in the right direction even though he was potentially sending away business. Probken ended up not being at the fault of my solar company so I will be trying to work with Todd on this upcoming project.
