My brother's air-conditioning in his condo needed to be serviced and checked and I was in town since we both live out of the area. We called H&H who had installed the original unit. I spoke with Jenn, who was kind, friendly and very helpful. She set up an appointment with Bill for the next day and he explained everything thoroughly and took photos from his very hot climb up on the roof. Wow! Extraordinary. I was most grateful and we were able to have a conference call and send the photos to my brother so he was fully aware of what was going on. I highly recommend H&H for their quality service and customer service, as well.

Our central air stopped working around 7pm Friday. At the worse time too since the temperature was over 120 during the day! We called many places but H&H replied and said they could have someone over at 7:30 am the next day! Another place replied Saturday morning and said they could have someone over on Tuesday. That would not work! So the technician arrived around 7:30am as promised (actually called us to let us know he was on his way). Got it all fixed in a few hours! VERY HAPPY! Highly recommend.

My A/C unit went out on a Friday night. I called many companies in the area, all quoting me that they could not be out until the following week, until I spoke with H&H. They were the only company that was able to have someone out that weekend! When our technician Marciel arrived he was kind and extremely helpful. We ended up needing a new fuse (which he had with him). He had it installed in a matter of minutes, and went above and beyond to service our unit, and clean our air filters. When we got the bill it was fair, service was prompt and Marciel saved our weekend! Overall I would recommend this company over all the others to choose from in this valley!
