I hired UGC for a complete home remodel and addition as well as an ADU. It was a huge project that I knew was going to be stressful and so I wanted to hire someone that was going to be reliable. I was referred to UGC by one of my friends who worked with Carlos installing solar. I met with Carlos and few other contractors. Carlos was professional and fair priced. We were notified by the City that our guest unit was not in compliance and had to be rebuilt to code. As you may well imagine, as a home owner, this was not something that you want to hear. Between the costs for permits, dealing with the city office and getting quotes from different construction companies, it was a big nightmare, but as soon as we spoke with Carlos from Ultimate Green Construction, he made us feel at ease. We had a great experience with Carlos and his team. They did a great job with our garage conversion, bathrooms, windows, solar, and flooring. Due to COVID we were limited as to where we could get supplies from. Even with these limitations, the outcome was better than expected. We would recommend Carlos to anyone looking for any home improvements. And we will definitely have him back to do our kitchen when we are ready for our next renovations. We are very happy with the outcome.
