I have been a customer for over 4 years and all I can say is Bisnu never disappoints. She always leaves my eyebrows looking clean and and nicely shaped. The customer service is always very welcoming and I've never had an issue. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for threading services they really take their time and make sure you are happy with the results. Bisnu is usually my go to, but all the girls are very talented at what they do

Hit or miss type of experience. I tend to see a trend of who to go to. It seems to me- based off of observation- the younger employees know how to thread. Meaning they clean up and don't leave the eyebrows thinly shaped. The older ladies are a bit aggressive and literally clean the whole eye brow off. I would rate this spot a 5 but the hiccups knock off a good 2 stars. Best advice is find your go to threader and stick with her.

The ladies here do a good job. Sometimes they may be a little tougher than i like but threading is painful either way. They don't try to up sell me and definitely deliver great brows! Only con is that last time I came I was there at "opening", no one showed to open the front door until 10 minutes late.
