After Clarke & Rush (the company that installed my system and serviced it for the last 17 years) incorrectly diagnosed my furnace problem as a bad gas valve (costing me $1,000!) my furnace was STILL not working correctly and kept shutting off due to a system error. They sent a second tech out and diagnosed that it was the logic board in the system (another $1500 bucks!). BUT.....but....they would credit the $1,000 I already spent (which did NOT fix the problem) to a NEW heating and air system. Very happy with Golden-Aire...
I called over a 3-day weekend and they returned the call first thing Tuesday morning. Daniel, my technician came out right on time and did a great job of explaining my issue, and the repair he thought most appropriate. There was no upselling, no hidden charges, just a competent technician that really wanted to solve my problem quickly and cost-effectively. I think I have a new HVAC company!
Golden air came out and did exactly what i needed to be addressed after another big name hvac company failed to even take a thorough look at my issue. Did the repair in a great budget. Very honest company. Will be my go to hvac guys for life.
