Nice guy, prompt to come and look at the job. He said he would have an estimate for me in a day or 2. Said he for sure could get the job done next week. It was a small job. I had a time frame, needed it done in 2 weeks, he said no problem. He seemed knowledgeable, and I trusted him! Bad mistake!!AI texted his assistent 3 days after he was at my house, no reply (how does a business not reply to a text?) I finally called her 5 days after he was at my house. She had to reach out to Tom, got back to me saying he did not have time to do my job next week. I wasted a week, waiting for him. Very poor business practice. I am sure he got a bigger job, but he should be careful, someday he might need a job like mine.

I'm giving him 1 star only because he was likable and appeared knowledgeable. As far as reliable no stars. I contacted him on July 13 & we scheduled a meeting the next morning. He texted in the morning & asked if we could reschedule for afternoon so he could go to chiropractor. I understood &and met him that afternoon July 14. I gave him my email address so he could send estimate. On July 18 I contacted him and he explained he was waiting for inventory as everything was slow due to pandemic. Texted again on the 25th & asked for status no response! Texted again on the 26th & asked if he decided he didn't want the job. He got back to me apologized and said they had been busy with other jobs but he would send estimate that day which was yesterday. Nothing came!! I even gave him benefit of the doubt and resent my email. At 10AM he sent a text telling me to go with someone else which we had. He may be good & personable but not reliable!

Tom knew exactly what to do to fix the vinyl fence pole which would sway with wind. Also, hung up Ring camera outside. Glad to find him since it wasn't easy to find anyone who can repair vinyl fence. Thanks!
