It was my first time fitness training and having a personal trainer. I could not be more happy to have jump started my fitness journey at this place! I have nothing but good words to say about this training facility and the people that make it so great. I had JP as my trainer and I couldn’t imagine anyone better to have trained me. From the beginning, JP was personable. He acted as an equal, never above and he had a great balance between personal and professional qualities. Found this gym on Instagram because I was looking for a trainer to seek guidance on my form and kickstart my health and fitness journey. You want to make an appointment because they give you a consultation on your current body stats. I had the pleasure of getting paired with Yesci my trainer. My goal LIKE MOST LADIES want a smaller waist with booty gains. She targets all my goals and keeps me focused! My experience here has not disappointed me. Gabe is the most motivating and knowledgeable trainer!! I wouldn't have achieved over 8 pounds weight loss and developed exercise knowledge without him! I feel so much more confident after having contained most of my post partum weight. I feel much more energized after my changing my diet that Gabe has helped me modify. I would not want any other trainer. I trust him and genuinely believe it warms his heart to help clients reach their goals.
