How many doctors does it take to diagnose 6 broken bones in the foot?? (1999)ER: "it's just a sprain" (x-rays interpreted by a few MDs)Podiatrist: "ordered CT scan. Showed 6 broken bones. You need surgery immediately. You'll need several pieces of hardware.." Points for ordering CT.STEVEN ROSS, MD: I'd like to cast it for 4 weeks and see if it heals on it's own before jumping into surgery".It healed on its own and I've had no problems since!SO thankful that I was referred to Dr. Ross!
