Overcharged services without completing what was requested for grooming. I’ve repeatedly changed my number on the account with them and they continue to call the wrong number. And when I ask why they didn’t complete the services their response is “we couldn’t get in touch with anyone”

All of the staff, from reception, to the techs, to the DVMs, and Groomers have been phenomenal support for our pup. They have helped us with all of our pups through the years and I couldn’t recommend their compassionate care enough!

Had my cat over 7 hours for a grooming that I scheduled an appointment for. Did not even use shampoo, she asked me if it would be okay if they left her wet. They just rinsed her and charged me $100. Extremely unprofessional.
4/26- They followed up saying they did a courtesy call but also said the visit never happened under my name or my pets name? No one said my cat was hurt they just do a terrible job with felines.

I’ve been coming here for 25 years and never wanted to go anywhere else. Friendly staff, educated Vets and people who truly care about my dogs. Thank you for always giving my animals the respect they deserve and the heart felt cards when they are no longer with us! Truly a wonderful place

Healthy pet hospital and grooming are very professional! I would say their prices are a little high in quoting procedures, but besides that they are very nice and professional in doing their job!

We were treat fine until we didn’t go along with there $1000 plan of care then the aid would answer our questions. We asked to speak to dr and all we got is answers by aide. Never saw the dr again.
