Greg was an absolute Blessing from God. He was so caring and compassionate; so helpful. He has such a kind way about him. He always gave me as much time as I needed and he was always there for me to answer any questions. He explained everything so clearly and wonderfully.The mortuary itself is very clean and very peaceful. I appreciated the fact that they had many options, including the very simple option that I needed. I definitely made the right choice with this place. Thank you again, Greg for everything! No matter how prepared you think you are for a death... you never seem to truly be. Greg and his staff made this process so easy that I was honestly shocked. They helped me with every single aspect of the burial and preparation. Not only did they help but they helped make it fall within my family’s budget. Every detail was streamlined and the respect given to my father from the pick up, housing of his body to the moment of the burial was wonderful. In my family’s time of need to make funeral arrangements for a loved one Greg assisted us in the most professional, respectful and caring way possible. His demeanor and etiquette was on par with what would be expected if he were a part of the family. No question or accommodation was too much to ask for even in the midst of a pandemic. He allowed for us to hold our services in a safe manner while still keeping a traditional feel to everything. It is this level of care that has earned Ferrara the business of the Escobedo family for generations to come. Highly recommend his services! Thank You
