I had an excellent experience with Monique, my asthetic nurse. From the moment I arrived, her professionalism and expertise were evident. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, address all my concerns, and ensure I was comfortable throughout. Monique's attention to detail and skillful technique resulted in a natural and refreshed look, exactly as I had hoped. Her friendly demeanor and commitment to providing high-quality care made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Monique to anyone considering Botox treatments.

I honestly had no intention of making a public review, but since my emailed concerns and complaints went without acknowledgement for weeks, I will leave this as something to consider for others.I was quoted one price for a chemical peel, then AFTER the service, was charged $100 more. When I realized what happened and asked about it, the nurse said the peel she chose to use was the better option for my skin, so that’s what she went with. This would not have been an issue AT ALL, as I would defer to his/her expertise and want to do what would most compliment my skin, IF that had been explained to me (and approved by me) before the service was completed.
