Very rude & unprofessional barber and place of work. Dirty store and she runs its like a day care as her son feds his daughter chili cheese fries. Thought it was just a one time thing but NOPE. Lady waste ur time during open hours locking the door and you only seen her grandchild sitting in the store. This place is a joke and cant wait for it to be the 10th place that ran outta business at that location this is the DIRTIEST one YET. Someone should call CPS on this family. Lady was rude super rude called me Gordo in English means fat and my haircut looks nothing like the picture it is super short and when I didn't know spanish she said a Do you speak Chinese or what huh and when I was getting my haircut she kept touching my face with greasey sticky hand and when I left she said bye Gordo =fat and that was just rude and I'm never coming back I'm not even going to go near there And she also kept asking a bunch of personal questions.

They present themselves very friendly but they don't explain what will happen to your hair, they just sit you down and start the process, without ever telling you anything and with the chair turned around. One trusting that they will do their job so that in the end they left my hair all patchy, divided into horrible tones and they excused themselves saying “your hair was very dry and we couldn't bleach it any more. Come in another month to make it look good. Oh, it's 2,200 pesos” ????
I asked them for a blue tone and apart from looking very strange tones at the beginning, everything fell out after a week, leaving my hair green from the roots to the middle and the rest bright blue... my roots and approximately 20 cm after that was my natural hair , grown without being touched.
