I took Ingrid's class for the first time at 9:30 this morning and I'm still in a state of pure bliss at 11pm. I twisted and stretched in ways I never have before and I've been doing yoga many years now. She explains every posture with its corresponding meridians. She integrates Indian and Chinese philosophies and is so knowledgeable. I love doing a posture and knowing what exactly it's helping and the science behind it. It helps the mind body connection. This class was 1.5 hours long and went by so fast! I'm so glad my original workout class was canceled, I cannot wait to take her next class. She is a true joy to be around.

Ingrid Boulting is a true Master and can accommodate any level of experience. I highly recommend the Restorative Yoga class. You have never experienced relaxation on this level!! Assisted by props and Ingrid's intuition, you will find yourself in a variety of easy poses that truly help you practice the art of letting go. Ingrid is a true yogini! The brightness of her blue eyes, reflects that she not only understands the purity of the teachings, but that she lives them. Her loving and kind presence is healing. Her classes are fresh, creative and unusually effective. She is a master of working with props! The holding patterns in my body are interrupted over and over again in class, as she introduces yoga chairs--balls--blankets--straps and my favorite.... her yoga wall!
