I highly recommend this business. All the employees from front desk to shop floor are hard workers and listen to the customer. Pablo himself is an experienced professional who stands behind his work.I recently had a wheel bearing replaced here and Pablo noticed an exhaust blow out which he took care of for me at no extra cost.My old Toyota Corolla is running like a clock again …Thankyou Ojai European!

Pablo is an absolute life saver! My car had a leak the day before Thanksgiving and he took me in at the very last minute despite the major holiday. He knew that I was in a crunch, as I was in the middle of a long road trip, and did a full examination of my car to ensure that all was safe before sending me on my way. It was obvious that he truly cared about my safety and well being; which is hard to find in an auto repair shop! He took his time and carefully inspected the vehicle from head to toe. Not to mention, he hooked me up for FREE! He must have spent nearly two hours looking at my car / taking it for test drives / etc. and refused to accept any money.
