If you're looking for a great workout definitely reach out to Heath. I have just started taking his class and his program is great. Having worked out my entire life to find something that so completely incorporates strength training with flexibility and balance is really wonderful. The class stimulates my mind and challenges my body and I walk out of class feeling tired in that really good way! Check it out!

Getting trained by Heath has changed my body. Concentrating on the core improves posture and movement. It’s a great work out and incorporates strength, coordination, flexibility, and aerobics. He has a vast knowledge concerning the mechanics of the body and that is what makes his training so unique.
