I went in today to align my body and I came out feeling soo much better. Even though I am 19 years old it is crucial to help maintain the body so later in life one doesn’t have aches and pains! Quality time and commitment was given! Highly recommend. : )

Dr. Deb is knowledgeable, personable and very good at her practice. She spends the entire appointment focused on me and only me, working carefully to find what needs adjustment and then tending to it. Very satisfied!

I've been treated by at least 8 chiropractors over the past 20 years throughout both Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. And Dr. Deb is without a doubt the best. She is holistic in her approach and gentle in her treatment. She combines massage and heat with spinal adjustment that not only helps relieve pain and stiffness, but relaxes. On top of it all, she takes her time with her patients, and never seems rushed.
