In late 2021 I began looking for companies to work with to build an ADU. I found Snap through google and really liked that their site presented their floor plans and pricing. After some shopping around, I decided to go with them to build a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 748 sq. foot ADU. We submitted plans to the City of Chula Vista in March 2022 and got the permit five months later in early August 2022.
