Nothing but a very positive experience here. They were incredibly responsive, and they were available on the day I needed them. They came on time and texted me beforehand. Bill was polite, friendly, and competent. He fixed my problem in no time and he charged me a very reasonable price. I will definitely use their service again if I ever need a plumber again and I highly recommend this small, local business. Really, they are great!

We called Total Plumbing to investigate a water leak that had affected our kitchen flooring. The technician arrived at the appointment time and was very courteous. He looked at multiple possible sources and gave us sound advice on how to proceed. When we are ready for "stage 2" we will definitely call Total Plumbing. When they say free estimates they mean it!! William is the real deal. Bay Area native. I was in a pinch and he actually did some of the work WHILE giving me an estimate because I needed a bathtub disconnected for a tile job. His prices are extremely reasonable and I will be hiring him for future work.
