The staff at Thornhill pet hospital is the best!! Theres something really special about this place. Dr.Yang and Alicia, take great pride in the work that they do. They keep me informed of the care they give to my dogs, and i totally trust their judgement and decisions. They strangely have a special connection with the animals, which makes their care that much better. Ive taken all my dogs to Thornhill pet hospital and wouldnt even consider any other veterinarian.
Dr. Yang’s professional knowledge and exceptional skills have given us immense peace of mind, but what truly stands out is his patience and genuine care. When we talk, he explains everything so clearly, which really helps me feel confident about our pet’s health. Thanks to his suggestions, the problem was resolved today. Seeing our pet get better is such a relief.
