Cozy, unpretentious yoga studio for people of all ages and abilities. I've only gone to this location one time so far but the instructor was great. Lots of natural light and a nice waiting area with clean restrooms and water available. Highly recommend.

Great studio that is more welcoming than the chain studios. Coaches are also teaching at a higher level with greater experience. They actually take the time to correct your poses and consistently give feedback. Mike G, Malka, Anthony and Lorin are great.

Left Coast is a wonderful place to find community while following or starting your yoga practice. Each instructor has their own style, but all of them make you feel welcome, no matter what your yoga experience level is. Highly recommend checking them out!
