The service here at Cooper Chapel was amazing. Through this whole process of my father's funeral, Rueben was very sympathetic, helpful and friendly. From the time I made my initial call, throughout the entire process, through each and every question I asked of her, I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Cooper Chapel's Jayne Archer. She made something so emotionally daunting go as smoothly as possible. I was impressed by her level of attention to detail. She thought of everything along the way; she listened to exactly what I wanted for my loved one; she gave me advice whenever I was uncertain; and everything just came together properly and executed perfectly and professionally as planned.

I used Coopers for my sister's funeral services and they were absolutely amazing. My family had always used another Oakland funeral home and initially went with them. After several red flags, we decided to have my sister moved to Coopers, and I'm glad we did. They were amazing from the very start. Exceptionally professional, easy to contact, and handled us with the care all families deserve during such a difficult time. My sister was raised Baptist and had recently joined the LDS church.
