Carolyn has a unique way of blending her knowledge and her skills to create a safe and encouraging environment to explore the self a little deeper. I consider myself highly self aware but I often just leave the facts of what I know of myself as truth and don't really create any action to change the pattern. I recently did breathwork with Carolyn and it was absolutely fantastic. She is so warm and open, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable to express their authentic selves. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spiritual healer!
