Going to Dr. Benjamin has been life changing for me. There are maybe a handful of healers in my life who have made the kind of impact that he has. it wasn't just the treatments. I think what made the biggest difference were the exercises he assigned me, saying, "Do these EVERY NIGHT!" It was like going to a physical therapist as well as a chiropractor. He basically taught me how to strengthen the right muscles that would over time, minimize or even eliminate pain. I give him my highest recommendation.

Dr. Benjamin does a great job in helping you get stronger based on your situation. He gives homework exercises. He makes sure you do it correctly. He spends 40-45 minutes of quality time with you. He's an encourager, rallying you to do better. SDG.

As a bodyworker who has worked in the physical therapy field for over 30 years, I can say that Adam is one of the best medical practitioners I've had the luck to receive treatment from and to refer patients. Without exception, everyone I've referred to Dr. Benjamin has gotten back to thank me. He has great skills in assessment and treatment, not only with manipulation, but with manual therapy of soft tissue, and extensive knowledge on rehab exercises of strengthening and stretching for self-treatment, rather than a common chiropractic approach of simply "snap/crack, come on back."
