Nobody wants to go to rehab and many of the options are not great but Bay Area Healthcare is the exception to the rule. The staff are kind and caring and 24/7 are there to promote your healing. The place is impeccably clean and the dir of admissions, Enisa, takes a personal interest in patients and does everything she can to accommodate their needs. Thank you Bay Area Healthcare for moving me along in my post hip replacement surgery healing process.
Our family has had a fair amount of experience with rehab facilities (unfortunately) but none as well-run as Bay Area Healthcare. My sister just spent a couple weeks here recovering from a broken hip. We couldn't be more pleased with the care she got. The place is spotless and the entire staff is fantastic. The Director of Admissions, Enisa, is unbelievably caring and attentive and accommodating. She bent over backwards to make my sister's experience here comfortable. We really appreciated her efforts! If you have to spend time in a rehab center, consider yourself lucky if you land in this one. It is the perfect stepping stone for getting back to health and wellness....read full review
Thank you to the entire staff of Bay area healthcare. My father broke his hip and was sent to Bay area healthcare for after injury recovery. The staff did a great job and was very kind. they win above and beyond to help him, thank you again, we really appreciate the kind and considerate care for his recovery!
